Approach buyer

Menurut pemahaman saya, itu mesej follow up bila first time kita dah approach buyer minta detail spec.

Ada dua kaedah utk approach buyer
1- buyer yg ada detail spec;
2- buyer yang hanya bgtau jenis produk tanpa detail.

Klu yg ada detail, kita boleh terus rekomen supplier yg meet spec... straight forward.
Klu yg general request tu yg first time approach kita minta mereka detailkan keperluan mereka. Bila takda respon, kita boleh guna mesej No 7 utk follow up.

Mesej 7 ada pelbagai kegunaan merujuk kpd "please choose one", boleh gunakan ikut keperluan.
